This e-mail is to notify you that Olivejar Network Operations will be
performing work on our hosting network in the downtown Chicago data center.
Time Frame
– Starting: Thursday July 16 2009 @ approximately 12:00 AM CST.
– Ending: Thursday July 16 2009 @ approximately 4:00 AM CST.
Please note: Every effort is made to accurately represent the maintenance
window, time frame, and level of customer impact. However, due to factors
outside our control we may affect customer connectivity and, need to either
start maintenance late or complete the maintenance window late. Thus, the
time frames, and customer effects specified above, should be considered
approximate and subject to change.
Maintenance Site:
– Data Center 1 – Chicago, IL
Expected Impact:
– All affected customers may experience 2-3 short (less than 2 minutes)
periods of downtime during the window.
Description:
– Network staff will be performing maintenance on the switching core to
migrate legacy configuration and optimize device configurations. Customers
may see small interruptions in service as spanning tree is reconfigured.

This e-mail is to notify you that Olivejar Network Operations will be
performing work on our hosting network in the downtown Chicago data center.
Time Frame
- Starting: Wednesday June 17 2009 @ approximately 12:00 AM CST.
- Ending: Wednesday June 17 2009 @ approximately 4:00 AM CST.

Description:
- Network staff will be working with one of the existing upstream
providers to deploy additional upstream capacity, to support new features
and future growth. DC1 currently has 9 Gigabits per second of bandwidth and
this maintenance will upgrade it to 27 Gigabits per second.

This e-mail is to notify you that Olivejar Network Operations will be
performing work on our hosting network in the downtown Chicago data center.
Time Frame
- Starting: Saturday May 23 2009 @ approximately 11:00 PM CST.
- Ending: Sunday May 24 2009 @ approximately 6:00 AM CST.

outside our control we may affect customer connectivity and, need to either

- Our network staff will be deploying additional network hardware and

resiliency at this site.
